Limits and risk

Risk here is evidence, not an alarm. These findings come from static scanning of the docs; we never execute a project’s code.

限制LIMITS

需检查Needs review

01需要 API KeyREQUIRES API KEY: 是Yes
Not found in the docs
Not found in the docs
API KeyNeeds an API key

STATIC SCAN

Needs system permissionsSKILL.md

- **macOS**: `sudo security add-trusted-cert -d -p ssl -p basic -k /Library/Keychains/System.keychain ~/.mitmproxy/mitmproxy-ca-cert.pem`

Runs shell commandsSKILL.md
```
allowed-tools: Bash
```
Reads and writes local filesSKILL.md
```
allowed-tools: Write
```
Reads and writes local filesSKILL.md
```
allowed-tools: Edit
```

This is static scanning only: we read the README, SKILL.md and dependency list, and never execute code. No findings does not mean safe.
